Mark Inglis is a man who lives life to the max. When he was 23 he was trapped in an ice cave near the summit of Mt Cook for 13 days. By the time he and companion Phil Doole could be airlifted from the mountain both men had severe frostbite and had to have their legs amputated below the knee. Though for most people this would be a major set back in life there was no stopping Mark Inglis. He believes life is for living and obstacles are there to be overcome.

This is an inspiring and motivational biography of remarkable courage and determination. It's about accepting challenges, gaining self-respect and living life to the full. He also firmly believes that by sharing his story he can show others that "great things can be accomplished from humble beginnings - with the right attitude.
